How to create systems for your common tasks
By Gavin | November 1, 2007
One of the best ways to free yourself up is to document a process that you repeat often and create a step by step plan so
that a Virtual Assistant can follow it for you.
See how you can use this to create more time for yourself.

Excellent suggestion Gavin. New business owners have a tendency to forget that their time is money. Setting up solid foundations and defining processes cuts down on a lot of wasted time, allowing for more billable hours, lesser hours worked and more fun time. Successful people document and define their processes.
Keep the suggestions coming.
