What is the location of your VA’s?
Our Virtual Assistants are located in Mauritius an Island in the Indian Ocean between Africa and India. Mauritius is a former French colony so most of the VA’s are bilingual and have very neutral accents. We also have VA’s located in India.
If I hire them for 10 hours a week, what hours are they available?
We have a variety of hours available usually between 5 AM UK time and 6PM UK time or Midnight EST to Noon EST.
Are they available via phone or email only?
We use skype and other instant messengers and you can call via skype or phone if you need to.
Will they call people for me, or only do internet based tasks?
We can do that for you, but often there can be some setting up involved with that, particular if training is involved. If you’re new to outsourcing we suggest you start with some other tasks first that way we can both get to know each others business.
We offer this as part of our service but we are not fully geared up as an outbound calling centre.
Will they do online shopping, research, marketing, and other tasks for me or just the things listed on your website?
Yes we can do anything as long as good enough instructions are given
How are they English speaking skills, are accents a concern?
The Mauritian VA’s accents are no problem. The Project Managers of the Indian companies are also excellent. Some individual Indian VA’s accents are strong but we don’t let them speak directly to the clients. Mostly interaction is done via instant messenger and e-mail and the accents are seldom a problem.
What type of contract terms am I bound too? Is this a weekly contract, monthly, yearly?
It is a weekly contract.
What kind of discontinuing notice do I have to give your company once I am a client?
We work one week in advance, after that you can give notice at any point and we work the following 7 days for you.
Do you have referrals from current clients that I can read?
I can send you the emails of a couple of our current clients that you can contact. In the past we had the details of some of our clients on the site and competitors were approaching them and trying to poach them. So we’ve removed them for now.
